Where do you deliver?
All prices include free delivery within the UK. If you live outside of the UK, please get in touch to see if I can deliver to your location. I will then provide you with a quote for delivery.
How long will it take to receive my print?
If you live in the UK, please allow 10 working days for your print to arrive. For other countries, please contact me for a quote which will include an estimated delivery time.
What payment methods do you accept?
I take payments via PayPal. PayPal will accept payments via your PayPal balance (if you have one), your bank account, your credit card or your debit card. You don’t have to have a PayPal account to pay using PayPal.
Can you frame my print?
Most of my clients prefer to deal with their own framer but if you would like your print delivered to you already framed and ready to hang, I can arrange that for you. Please get in touch to discuss options and get a quote.
What is your returns policy?
If, within 10 working days of receiving it, you decide you no longer want your print, contact me to arrange for its return. Once I’ve got it back, I will give you a full refund. I do check all my prints before I post them, but if you find your print is faulty, let me know ASAP to discuss its replacement or a refund. You’ll find instructions for returning your print(s) included in your parcel.
Which couriers do you use?
I usually send your purchases via Royal Mail or Evri (formerly known as Hermes).
