Congratulations to Gabrielle, the editor of Families Warwickshire magazine for raising £100 for CLIC Sargent, the charity supporting children with cancer. She organised a charity coffee morning for Yummy Mummy week and I agreed to take some photos for her. The venue was McKechnie’s, a lovely independent coffee shop in the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon. Lots of mums, dads, babies and toddlers turned up to support the charity, along with Amanda from Amanda Walker Crafts who was selling beautiful brooches and lavender bags, and Lucy from Pretty Pottery to give the children chance to do some pottery painting. Everyone who bought a tea or coffee and made a donation got a delicious cupcake donated by Grant Bakeries in Sheep Street.
